HOW TO RESERVE YOUR VENDOR/NETWORKERS SPOT!

Please go ahead and make your payment using the relevant PayPal boxes below together with completing all sections of your VENDOR'S REGISTRATION FORM which is directly below the PayPal Box.


Once your payment and Vendor's Registration Form is received, we will send you out a Confirmation Acknowledgement to your email address.

   


The Good Stuff!

  • As A Vendor/Networker at our Events, you will be permitted to HIT THE STAGE at both of our events to showcase your service.  
  • Your presentation will be no longer than 3 minutes duration.
  • VENDOR SET UP: Vendors should arrive to set up at The Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area Hotel  (The Peachtree Amphitheater) no later than 8.45am on both Saturday and Sunday as the doors will open at 9.15am on both days.  
  • Set up will need to be completed by no later than 8.45am
  • The Vendors Presentation slot will be advised
  • There is ample free parking spaces in the car park located at the hotel. 
  • We will allocate a 6" covered black linen table with 2 seats with your name place holder
  • Feel free to bring any additional rails, backdrops, etc.
  • There will be limited power supply at the venue and is allocated on a "first come, first serve" basis.
  • Please also feel free to bring a long extension cord with you.
  • You will be permitted to give away "samples" or "tasters" on your table to further entice your new clients to become more familiar with your brand.
  • We encourage Vendor/Networkers to bring along with them any promotional material, give-aways or competition prizes to better promote and highlight your brand! 
  • We would also be happy to organize a competition for you whereby we can further promote your product/services if you wish so feel free to mention this in your Booking Form.
  • All Vendors/Networkers will be expected to donate a gift for the raffle.  By doing so, we will promote your brand's inclusion in the raffle throughout the event so this is also a great way to promote your business!
  • The event will end at approximately 8.00pm so, once the program has resumed and the guests are seated, you will be free to  start breaking.  Likewise, you can remain until the end of the show to catch any more customers too!
